Learning Meaningful Representations of Life

The workshop will be held on Friday, December 13 at NeurIPS 2019 in Vancouver. The workshop aims to bring together experts in machine learning and biology to discuss what is needed – experimentally and computationally – to make large-scale progress on identifying meaningful structure in high-dimensional biological systems. We have contributors to facilitate a set of parallel discussions that will be the centerpiece of the day. The discussions will be oriented around different levels of biological abstraction (genome, molecule, cell, and phenotype). We hope you’ll join us!

7:30-8:30 Poster Setup and Registration. Presenters of accepted posters are welcome to join us at the hall at 7:30AM for early snacks, coffee, and a chance to hang their posters. Presenters are asked to have their posters hung by 8:30AM.
